Everything here is something I actually use. A logging tool I’ve kept running since 2009. An e-ink panel on my desk. A site that only matters for about three weeks in March. None of them were built to be portfolio pieces, which is probably why they’re worth showing.
The other thing they have in common is how they were built. All of them went
together end to end through an agentic, test-first workflow, with the
CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md project instructions committed into the repo so you
can go read them. That part is deliberate. I spend a fair amount of my working
life coaching engineers on this way of working, and it’s hard to coach anyone on
a way of working you don’t practice yourself.
